How quickly will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
What shipping method do you use?
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $100 ship free. Orders up to $99 ship for a flat rate of $8.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Due to the unique and collectible nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. Local pickup is available at the Caldwell Police Department. Please email us to arrange pickup before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
